Kevin C. Bogert
President
Kevin Bogert has become an information technology, project management, and validation expert during more than 20 years holding leadership roles within the pharmaceutical industry, in positions for the U.S. Air Force and the U.S. Naval Postgraduate School, and as an independent consultant. His background includes software development, computer networking, database administration, and computer and process validation. Kevin was president of Valtrain, Inc., a company that provided regulatory-compliant learning management solutions to the pharmaceutical industry and that co-founded GxP Partners.
Kevin holds a master’s degree in Systems Management/Information Systems from Golden Gate University and a bachelor’s degree in Business Management/Computer Science from University of Maryland. He has also completed numerous certificate programs and coursework in data processing, quality management, and applied statistics. Kevin has served on the PhRMA Statistics and Validation Committees, the SAS Users Group, and as a member of the American Society for Quality Control. He is certified as a PMI Project Management Professional.
David B. Smith
Sr. Vice President, Chief Technology Officer
David Smith has been a business strategist and lead technologist in a variety of industries, including financial, legal, medical, insurance, pharmaceutical, high tech, and manufacturing. His background includes experience with a wide range of programming languages, operating systems, and database platforms. David was president of Atlas MicroSystems, Inc., a network solutions provider that specialized in business process automation, document management and control, and imaging and that co-founded GxP Partners.
As a senior systems manager for the American Home Products Corporation, David oversaw the selection, acquisition, configuration, implementation, and rollout of all hardware and software technology for the tax, finance, and legal departments. As the company’s litigation support manager, David managed the technology behind the company’s largest litigation matters. He had also served as a senior internal systems auditor for all financial and manufacturing computer systems across the company.
Director of Professional Services
Tammy Judge is a life sciences industry veteran with more than 11 years at a leading pharmaceutical company followed by five years consulting experience in implementation, training, and validation of compliance-related software. Tammy leads GxP Partners' consulting teams in overall project execution and also directly oversees administrator and end-user training as well as the development of SOPs, protocols, and validation documents. She holds a master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Plattsburgh State University and a bachelor's degree in Physical Education from SUNY at Cortland and is currently completing a master's degree in Instructional Design. Tammy is certified as a PMI Project Management Professional.
Director of Marketing & Communications
Valerie Asuncion is a business strategist with more than 20 years experience managing marketing and global communications for companies ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500s. Valerie has held director-level positions and led both internal and external communications initiatives at SAP, AMP Incorporated, The Dun & Bradstreet Corporation, and IMS Health – the world's leading provider of market intelligence for the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries. She has a bachelor's degree in Communications/Public Relations from Shippensburg University. Valerie is a recipient of the PRSA Achievement Award and the IABC EPIC Award for excellence in marketing communications.
